Stacey manages our Iowa Falls, Iowa office.  With over 20 years of estate planning experience, she provides her own clients in Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska with an assortment of services ranging from basic estate plans to the more advanced strategies of special needs trusts and tax minimization.  Stacey also devotes a portion of her practice to business structuring, including farm and business succession planning. 

Stacey received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication from Wartburg College in 1997, where she was a member of the college’s touring jazz choir.  She graduated with a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2000.  While in law school she served as a judicial clerk for Judge Robert B. O’Neal – Sarpy County Nebraska Separate Juvenile Court.  In 2019, Stacey was a contributing author of the book “The Family Estate Planning & Elder Law Guide”.  Prior to joining Legacy Design Strategies, Stacey owned her own estate planning law firm.  Stacey and her husband Randy have three adult children.
