Jessica joined Legacy Design Strategies in 2009 and brought a wealth of experience to our firm.  She began her career as a bank examiner for the Federal Reserve before joining Kutak Rock where she specialized in structured finance and banking.  Jessica also served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company, representing the company’s financial institution subsidiaries.

In addition to general estate planning services for her clients, she also handles the firm’s Fiduciary Services Department, committing a significant portion of her practice to the firm’s irrevocable trust planning, compliance and administration.  Additionally, she manages the firm’s Settlement Department.

Jessica was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer in 2016 and Chief Operating Officer in 2018.  In 2022, Jessica was appointed as the Managing Partner, making her one of only a handful of women in the Midwest to achieve such a position.
